EZ Air Flex Grinding Air Shield SAR

Our EZ Air Flex Grinding Shield Supplied Air Respirator (SAR) is intended for industrial applications where combined respiratory, eye and face protection are required. This durable grinding shield features a large viewing lens that maintains respiratory protection in different work environments. It is a system that provides a constant supply of fresh air over the user’s face. At an APF level of 25, it creates an optimal protective pressure inside the respirator head top keeping away particulates (dust, steel, manganese, stainless steel, chromium, galvanized steel, cadmium, lead and ozone).  Complies with ANSI Z87.1+ for face-shield/eye protection. CE certified. NIOSH approved

SHIELD: (PN 9937-BHTG)

  • Made from Dupont® super tough flame-retardant nylon that can withstand extreme cold/heat without cracking or deforming
  • Large shield design (41.2 in² (265.6 cm²)) accommodates safety glasses under the faceshield
  • Adjustable durable Pera-Lok locking ratcheting head gear with replaceable ultrasoft sweat band
  • Comfortable and easily replaceable 100% cotton FR treated face seal
  • Viewing area: 41.2 sq. in. (26,560 mm2 )
  • Complete head top assembly weighs 0.46 lbs. (208 grams)
  • Shell is 0.28 lbs. (130 grams)
  • Air Train directs air over the head and across the breathing zone, minimizes fogging
