We continue to experience delays with drop ship orders within several facilities in select markets. Office facilities and most facilities are operating at expected service levels. In impacted markets, we are updating our prior guidance of delays of 1 – 3 days to delays of 5 - 7 days. We are evaluating our operations and working with our delivery partners to resolve this but presently some customers will experience these delays.
We've made our shipping & handling prices and policy as fair as possible, so you will benefit from our Every Day Low Prices plus the convenience of delivery to your door.
For your convenience, we offer three shipping options: Standard, Priority and Express. For heavy or oversize items, we also offer freight shipping. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.
Because Priority and Express involve air transport, some items cannot be shipped via these options. These items are identified as oversize or as containing hazardous or regulated materials during checkout. Some very large or heavy items must be shipped to you via freight carrier; these items are also identified as oversize during checkout.
UPS Priority Shipping Methods (include all but not limited to UPS Next-Day, UPS 2nd-Day, UPS 3-Day Select). Expedited UPS/FedEx shipping does NOT include weekend deliveries. Note: All priority shipping request received after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed by 3 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will ship the same day! We always ship in-stock items immediately and ship any backordered items when they become available at no additional charge.
Shipping Regulated Materials
We're sorry, but items containing regulated or hazardous materials cannot be shipped by air (Priority or Express shipping). These items are identified on their item description page as containing regulated or hazardous materials.
Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) restricts the air shipment of certain items that could potentially impair safe flight. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also must to do it in compliance with all government rules and regulations. Accordingly, we cannot ship by air some orders that contain FAA-restricted products.
Restricted items typically fall into one of two categories:
Aerosol products in pressurized spray cans.
Products that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals.
When you place an order, we may fulfill the items in your order at different times and from different vendors. This means that your order may arrive in separate boxes and at separate times. You will receive a confirmation email for each item that ships to you, and the email will also list the items that have previously shipped and items that are still waiting to be shipped.
Types of Order Confirmations
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped. (You will receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments.) Please save these email invoices for your records.
Where can my order be shipped?
Within the U.S. and major U.S. protectorates: We ship most items to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii.International shipping: We're sorry, at this time we do not ship to any destinations outside the United States. Except Canada: We are now shipping to Canada. The shipping method to Canada at this time is US Postal Service, unless specified by the customer. All UPS & FEDEX shipping to CANADA will require additional fees.

ATTENTION: All orders must be placed first and availability confirmed prior to picking up your order.
Currently, we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $2,500.00*. To find the shipping cost for an item, simply place the item in your cart. Our shipping costs for most items are based on each item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Shipping and handling cost estimates that appear in the cart are calculated with our lowest-cost shipping method and assume all items in the cart are going to one address. The actual shipping cost may be higher if a different shipping method or multiple addresses are selected and will be shown during checkout. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territories, or any shipping address outside of the US Continent will incur additional shipping charges.
*Free Shipping and Fixed Shipping Promotions
Free shipping and Fixed Shipping is available on these items when they are shipped within the lower 48 US states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territories, or any shipping address outside of the US Continent will incur additional shipping charges.
Heavy, Oversize, or Special Items*
Some heavy or large items, which are identified as oversized, have special shipping and handling costs. You can find the total shipping cost for your order after we have confirmed your order and will notify you of any additional shipping charges.
Please note: Oversize items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and territories, or PO Box addresses.
The shipping times in the following chart apply to merchandise shipped within the continental United States. You can use this chart to help determine the total delivery time for your order. Please refer to the information below the chart to calculate total delivery times:
Standard 3 to 7 business days
Priority 2 to 3 business days.
Express 1 business day.
Freight carrier (The only shipping method for oversize items) 7 to 10 business days.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the ship time.
Express or Priority shipment orders submitted before the cut-off time of 12:00 PM EST on any business day will be processed the same business day. (Note: Express or Priority shipment option are available based on product availability)
Orders submitted on a non-business day will be processed on the following business day.
To estimate your order's arrival date, add the longest availability time of an item in your order to the delivery method ship time (Standard: 3 to 7 business days, Priority: 2 to 3 business days, Express: 1 business day). "Availability" is shown on the item page. You will be able to see the exact delivery window for your item during checkout.
For example: If you bought a dozen of leather work gloves that takes 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping and had it sent by Standard shipping, the gloves would arrive in 4 to 8 business days. Another example: If you bought an oversize or customized item, such as a chemical storage cabinet that takes 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping and is sent by freight carrier, the set would arrive in 8 to 16 business days.
Shipping to a different address?
To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card, simply call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship orders internationally with the following conditions:
- Funds must be paid in US Dollars.
- Funds must be wired and received by our financial institution prior to shipping.
- Customer is responsible for fees including but not limited to all freights, custom clearance, duties/tariffs, and taxes.
- We do accept PayPal payment.
- We do accept international credit cards from a dozen countries at this time and expanding.
- Currently, we use United States Postal Service for all International Shipping(Shipping to Canada only).
- USPS International Mail = Normal Delivery time is 1-3 weeks*.
- USPS International Priority Mail = Normal Delivery time is 7-10 days*
- USPS International Express Mail (EMS) = Normal Delivery time is 2-4 days*
- UPS Standard/Expedited= Normal Delivery time is 2-6 days*
*Please note that delivery for international shipments can take 30-45 days. USPS Does not guarantee date specific deliveries, nor do they offer a tracking service for standard International mail parcels. Normal Delivery time is the average delivery time as quoted by the USPS. Actual time may be more or less depending on your specific location or delays in the postal system. No guarantee of time-in-transit is made.

We will arrange the returns and credit to the original payment method (minus shipment costs) or provide a store credit for the cost of the item and the sales tax, or exchange for another item, if applicable.
There is no re-stocking fee policy for stock item(s) within 30 days from shipped date*. If you decide a product isn't right for you, then you can contact us to initiate a return, refund, or replacement**. Now that's peace of mind.
A 25% restocking fee applies to stock item(s) return after 30 days from shipped date.
A 50% restocking fee applies to stock item(s) return after 60 days from shipped date.
No returns allowed after 90 days from shipped date.
All returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.
**Customer is responsible for all freight cost associated with any returns or exchanges, unless the items are defective, damaged during shipping, or mistake is due to safetycompany.com.
All stocking items for clothing products, such as Walls, Big Smith, Liberty, Duxbak, FR Industries, 10X, Benchmark can be returned for a One-Time, no restocking fee exchange or refund within 30 days of product delivery date. However, there will be a 25% handling fee for any of the second returned or exchanged items.
All Respirators, Cartridges, and Filters to be returned must be unopened and it's original packaging. All opened packages are not returnable.
When an item was shipped under the "FREE SHIPPING PROMO", Customer is responsible for any applicable initial order shipping charges for item(s) RETURNED.
*All sales are final for "Custom Order, Special Order and Clearance & Liquidation Center" product(s) and are not returnable unless the mistake is due to safetycompany.com's error. There is a 1-time no-restocking fee for Walls, FR-Ind, Benchmark, Liberty, Duxbak, and Big Smith items. Any additional exchanges or returns will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Oversized and heavy items are not qualified for free shipping.
This product can be returned in exchange for another item or a refund within 15 days of delivery. Provided it meets the following:
- Item must be in its original sale condition—complete with original packaging and free from any defects.
- Customer will cover the shipping cost for returns.
- Should an exchange be requested, customer will also cover the shipping cost for the new item.
Shipping fees are waived if the item was sent in error by safetycompany.com or HexArmor gloves.
**Return for Hexarmor refunds: Item is subject to 15% restocking fee
