Air Sampling Equipment
If you own a business or work in an industry where you use chemicals, particularly in confined spaces or where they may become airborne, you are almost certainly required to monitor the air quality in your facility.
OSHA delineates two appropriate methods for doing this, but it's likely that you'll need to do both in order to ensure that your workers are safe on a daily basis: air sampling equipment and laboratory testing. Having the air quality measured in a lab for the levels of specific particulates is a much more exact science and can give you an overall snapshot of the air in your workplace, but for a daily reading to keep an eye on the status quo in your facility, direct-read instruments are a big help.
