Features:

Built for harsh environments.
Simply loop cable through valve handles and lockout equipment.
Damp, wet, chemical, corrosive, and extreme temperature locations have minimal affect on the steel cabel and scissor-style hasp assembly.
One end of the cable is notched, while the other end permanently attached to high-strength scissor-style hasp with 1" X 3-3/4" X 1" thick nicle-plated steel plates.
With the cable's notched end inserted into the hasp, the two plates easily close and hold the cable in place, preventing it from pulling out.
The hasp stays closed and secure with up to 6 padlocks (sold separately - shackle diamter up to 1/4").
