Business Credit FAQ:
 
The Business Credit Account gives customers that pay by invoice, or companies with different locations an easy way to use credit. The Business Credit Account’s features are as follows:

  • Payment terms are 1% 10 days, Net 30 days.
  • Easy-to-Read, Itemized Billing.
  • Convenient Purchase Tracking Options.
  • Quarterly Statements (upon request).

How can I apply for a Business Credit Account?
 
You can download our Business Application and Bank authorization form.  Please fax or mail in your completed forms (resell customers please complete resell certificate).  We will have an answer within 3-7 days, depending upon how soon your references reply.

What is a Personal Guaranty?
 
A personal guaranty helps businesses that may not otherwise have enough credit history to be able to establish a commercial account. An officer of the company uses his/her personal credit bureau information to support the commercial account. Giving us your personal guaranty will expedite the processing of your application, especially if you have a small or young company. By giving us your personal guaranty you are held liable for all obligations under, and all amounts due on the account.

Should I give you my personal guaranty?
 
Yes, if your company...

  • Has less than $2M in annual sales or revenues, or
  • Is less than 2 years old, or
  • Has fewer than 10 employees, or
  • Is a partnership or proprietorship 

Can I get a discount on volume purchases?
 
Due to Safetycompany.com everyday low prices, purchases made online offer greater value than our normal discounted prices.  However, we do offer additional discounts for customers with volume purchases.  Please call or fax us for a Special Price Quote.

How do I request a Credit Line Increase?
 
You can contact our credit department or fax in your request on your company letterhead.  We will review your credit history with us, and reply within 48 hours.

When do mailed payments post?

For payments sent by mail, please allow 5-7 days for your payment to reach us. Your payment must be received in proper form at our processing facility by 3 p.m., PST, on a bank business day, in order to be credited to your account as of that day. All payments received at the processing facility after that hour will be credited as of the following bank business day. (The business days for banks are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays)
