Payment and Delivery

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. For your protection, U.S. Safety & Supply Company reserves the right to hold credit card orders for verification. All information submitted is secure and your account will be billed in US Dollars.

International Customs Charges and Duties

The person getting the package is responsible for paying any customs, VAT, GST, PST, or other fees on receipt of the package.  International (outside the USA) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Contact your local government for specific details.

Shipping Time (to Bongo International address in the U.S.)

• We package your order typically in a day (up to 24 hours unless it is a special or custom order) We will notify you ASAP if the item(s) ordered is a special, custom, or back ordered. If you intent to wait for item, please reply our email for confirmation. Next Day and 2^nd DAY shipping is not available for
• All international order. If you have chosen either 1 of the 2 above mentioned shipping options, your order will be on hold until we can get the revised shipping option from you.      
• Shipping times are the time that the Post Office or UPS need to get it to you.
• Typical delivery times are 2 to 3 days after we ship by Priority Mail through the US Postal Service and 3 - 7 days by UPS Ground. First Class mail packages are cheaper but take from 3 to 6 days depending on your location. All times are business days after we ship(business days excludes Saturday, Sunday, and all holidays observed by the U.S. Government and UPS)
• Please let us know in your order if you are in a hurry to see if we can ship sooner.
• We will notify you when the order has shipped. If sent by UPS ground or US Postal Service Express mail, you will get a tracking number. Delivery confirmation by the US Postal Service (Post Office) does not provide any tracking.

Shipping Costs

Our shopping cart will calculate shipping costs for your order based on the weight, one or more methods for shipment (Truck, UPS ground or US Postal Service), and where it is being shipped. Costs in the Continental US are lowest for small orders shipped by USPS first class mail that takes 3 to 5 days to arrive after we ship.  UPS grounds typically arrives in 2 to 5 business days and is used for larger orders or smaller orders if you choose to do that. 

*Costs for Bongous.com services are charged by them after they receive your package for consolidation and fowarding.
