CD-Rom Interactive training provides video-based trainingtesting and documentation all in one easy to use format. Students can watch the video on almost any PC and during the training are periodically asked questions on the subject matter being presented. They cannot continue training until they have demonstrated they have learned key points of the training. This ensures that each student is doing more than just watching the video and going back to work with little or no retention of the subject matter. Documentation is compiled and can be accessed at any time by supervisorsmanagement or other authorized personnel. Results can also be imported into any existing employee database.
